Our E learning Modules are set up for your to train in succession meaning you must complete module 1 before you can access module 2,3,4,etc. We have set this up on purpose so that you follow our modality of training the way it is needed to be presented . We have created a no nonsense no flash or bull&^%t. Just honest pure lessons to help develop your body for Dynamic Combative movement. It is our belief that this will help most Martial Arts and Martial arts systems. We are all Warriors and want to develop our skills. We start by developing our bodies to move the best it can with whatever body you have right now. We help our people find their own way to move with the body they have at this moment.

LtCol Al Ridenhour, USMC (ret)
Combat veteran, former Infantry Officer, Operations Officer, Company Commander, Sniper Platoon Commander, Intelligence Officer, Security Manager and Anti-Terror / Force Protection Officer.
He is the Creator and Head of Warrior Flow and has nearly "four decades" training and experience in the Martial Arts as a practitioner and Instructor. He is also the Co-Founder and President of the International Warrior Arts Association.
His personal philosophy toward self-defense is as Thucydides once said that, "All men are basically the same..." In other words, the qualitative difference between one man or another is not in how big or strong they are, but how "WELL TRAINED" they are. You see, it's not a matter of whether you're so-called "tough", you're either trained or you're not and "competence breeds confidence..." Period.
Michael McNulty: Master Instructor
Owner of Warriors Way Combatives, he is a Marine Corps Veteran with over 40 years of martial arts experience and has been teaching martial arts for 15 years. He is a Certified Instructor in Warrior Flow and Co-Founder of the International Warrior Arts Association.
His personal philosophy is that within everyone, regardless of size, speed or strength is a warrior waiting to get out. By developing people though the proper modality of training they can not only learn to move and fight but to “overcome” fear, to become “better”.
Kevin O'Leary: Senior Instructor
Co-Owner of Warriors Way Combatives, and a Marine Corps Veteran with nearly 20 years of martial arts experience and has been teaching martial arts for 10 years. He is a Certified Instructor in Warrior Flow and a Member of the International Warrior Arts Association.
